To clear your computer's cache:
1) Open your internet browser
2) Click on Tools, and from the drop down select internet options
3) Check that the General tab is active
4) Click on clear temporary internet browsing history and follow the onscreen prompts.

WARNING:

There are people and organisations that are selling themselves as lottery fundraising experts and conducting workshops on filling in forms for which they are charging a fee. This is not necessary. Every application pack includes detailed GUIDELINES (also available in isiZulu and sePedi) that explain the process and requirements.
