NATIONAL LOTTERIES BOARD’S COMMENTS ON NUPSAW STATEMENT
In light of recent claims by NUPSAW in respect of the National Lotteries Board’s CEO, the Board would like to comment as follows:
1. The CEO has been appointed by the Board in terms of clause 7(a) of the Lotteries Act No. 57 of 1997).
2. The Board conveys its continued support of the CEO’s and his ability and integrity to carry out his prescribed functions.
3. The Board does not want to enter into a public debate on issues that are subject to internal and agreed upon disciplinary procedures being followed.
