Details of Payments to NLDTF Beneficiaries

Even though more than R15 billion has been allocated to over 15 000 beneficiary organisations since 2000, there are challenges on both the side of the applicant and the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund (NLDTF). Following discussions with stakeholders over the recent few years, the National Lotteries Board (NLB) is currently addressing those areas of the funding process that do not require legislative changes. In the spirit of transparency and open communication with its stakeholders, the Board has decided to publicise all payments from the NLDTF. The first initiative was a substantive book presented to delegates at the national indaba. This is now being followed with regular updates on the website.
