The chairperson of the National Lotteries Board is convening a national stakeholder consultation to review the grant-making functions of National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund and provide clear direction for the future. The current system is 14 years old, says Professor Nevhutanda, and is due for reassessment. “We will start with workshops in the provinces to build a wide base of input on the overhaul of the system of making grants,” he explains. “These will feed into a national indaba in Gauteng on 20 June.”Subscribe to our NLB alerts
